We are looking for a motivated and social person in Québec, Canada, to help existing and potential clients developing the most optimized racking solution and support such clients throughout the sales process, from the first communication up until the system is fully installed. Internal sales representative must answer email and phone calls, and meet new clients and offer them the most appropriate stype for Opsun standard or bifacial racking.
- Candidate must speak fluently French and English;
- Scientific or engineering background are welcome;
- Answer technical questions from clients on optimal racking design and engineering;
- Make sure clients are well served, and questions are answered through the whole project;
- Work hand in hand with internal design and engineering team to imagine and engineer the best solution for each project;
- Use creativity and Opsun's internal tools to find appropriate solution complex structural and mechanical challenges;
- Manage actively several active projects, answering clients needs, and finding solutions to difficulties;
- Follow-up with clients during construction and after projects to make sure clients are satisfied.
