Internal Sales
We are looking for a motivated and social person in Québec, Canada, to help existing and potential clients developing the most optimized racking solution and support such clients throughout the sales process, from the first communication up until the system is fully installed. Internal sales representative must answer email and phone calls, and meet new clients and offer them the most appropriate stype for Opsun standard or bifacial racking.
  • Candidate must speak fluently French and English;
  • Scientific or engineering background are welcome;
  • Answer technical questions from clients on optimal racking design and engineering;
  • Make sure clients are well served, and questions are answered through the whole project;
  • Work hand in hand with internal design and engineering team to imagine and engineer the best solution for each project;
  • Use creativity and Opsun's internal tools to find appropriate solution complex structural and mechanical challenges;
  • Manage actively several active projects, answering clients needs, and finding solutions to difficulties;
  • Follow-up with clients during construction and after projects to make sure clients are satisfied.

We are looking for a well organized person to support management with sourcing, supply chain management, and logistics of the distribution of our unique standard and bifacial PV racking products:
  • Candidate must speak fluently French and English;
  • Manage and keep up to date inventory;
  • Manage and communicate with suppliers to maintain inventory;
  • Manage international deliveries;
  • Manage shipping teams;
  • Communicate with warehouse and manage orders packaging and deliveries;
  • Prepare packing slips, prepare orders for suppliers, prepare invoices and other internal documents;
