We're hiring Assemblers to support the hands-on work of our new production line. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building things, working with tools, and want to be part of something from the ground up. You'll work closely with our production and engineering teams to assemble solar mounting structures using detailed drawings and tools, and help us bring our vision to life.
We're seeking a Maintenance & Production Lead who will play a critical, hands-on role in supporting daily operations, troubleshooting equipment, optimizing production workstations, and contributing to the overall success of our start-up launch. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is ready to take ownership of diverse tasks during our ramp-up phase.
