Job summary

As an Operations Coordinator, reporting to the Operations Director, you will play a strategic role in ensuring efficient coordination between production and procurement by optimizing processes through proactive management of material resources and workflows. You will be responsible for defining production priorities based on availability and deadlines while ensuring daily follow-ups to meet customer commitments.

Requirements

  • DEC/Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics;
  • Experience in industrial production planning and the use of manufacturing software (MRP);
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced);
  • Versatility, resourcefulness, and the ability to manage conflicting priorities;
  • Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other employees.

Tasks

  • Order Management: Coordinate and monitor customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery;
  • Planning: Plan and adjust production activities to optimize efficiency and meet priorities;
  • Procurement: Coordinate purchases and manage supplier relationships to maintain the supply chain;
  • Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels and manage transitions of obsolete products;
  • Estimation: Provide cost and lead time estimates to support the sales team;
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze performance, identify opportunities, and implement solutions to improve processes.

Salary

  • A permanent full-time position from Monday to Friday, with great work-life balance (flexible schedule);
  • Salary between $63K and $80K/year, depending on experience;
