Job summary

• Oversee daily operations at the High Point facility, ensuring efficient production, logistics, and distribution of solar mounting systems.
• Lead and manage local staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Work closely with international leadership to align U.S. operations with global standards and objectives.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement best practices in safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement and scalability as U.S. demand grows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or technical degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in production management or related roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
• Proficiency in computer systems and production management software.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
